Scrum Day Portugal 2015
(l. to r.) Hugo Lourenco, Peter Stevens,
Thomas Friend, Corey Glickman

During your first Sprints, the Scrum Master focusses on teaching the rest of the team the basics of Scrum. How to write to stories, how to do the Daily Scrum, how to get things really done by the end of the Sprint?

What happens after those first few sprints? Does the Scrum Master become redundant? What help does an journeyman team need from a Scrum Master?

Join us for an evening of discovery and sharing experiences!

We use the same Open Space Technology that made the Scrum Day Think Tank so special! Join Hugo Lourenco, CSP, PMP an evening of problem solving, networking and learning.

With this workshop, we are officially launching the Lisbon chapter of the Scrum Breakfast Club. Join us for a great experience! Bring your questions, bring a friend and prepare to be surprised!
