Doing Scrum, Being Agile › Getting from zero to 100 – to a reasonably well performing team
This month a small group including Werner, Stefan, Vahid and myself got to work intensively though several questions around the basics of team performance.
This month I broke out of the pure facilitator role to work actively with the group as we worked through our questions. My impression is that this was really positive (and there are now 5 pretty good blog entries out based on our contents. I plan to be more active moving forward and look forward to seeing you breakfasts!
